Ghada Karmi is a very well-known Palestinian medical doctor and writer. Her latest book is Married to Another Man: Israel’s Dilemma in Palestine (Pluto 2007). About Palestine and Israel she recently wrote in the Guardian ”The peace process predicated on the 2-state solution is redundant and a momentum has started towards the obvious alternative, a unitary state”.
