Guest Speaker: Sally Azzam Cook from the Amos Trust
Non-members of BHPSC are welcome to attend our AGM as non-voting attendees. And if you wish to join BHPSC as a member, there will be an opportunity to do so from 1.30pm.
The business part of the meeting will start at about 2pm, followed by a short refreshment break. We’ll resume at about 3.15pm with our keynote speaker. If you prefer not to attend the business meeting, you are welcome to join us at 3.15pm for the talk.
| We’re delighted to announce that our guest speaker at the AGM will be Sally Azzam Cook. Sally will speak on ‘Cultural Resistance in Palestine’. Sally is part of the Community Engagement Team at Amos Trust, and has recently returned from a trip to Palestine, so she will be able to share her eyewitness accounts. Sally was born in Nazareth and co-founded Liwan, a cultural cafe in Nazareth’s old town. She is now based in Bristol, UK |  |
