Dr Karmi is a renowned researcher and authority on the Palestinian struggle for justice. She will be promoting her latest book One State: The only democratic future for Palestine-Israel (Pluto Press), and there will be (signed) copies of the book available to purchase. Please note that Ghada Karmi’s talk will form the second part of our Annual General Meeting. Our business meeting will preceed the talk, and is due to finish at about 3.15pm with a refreshment break, after which the talk will start. Non-members of BHPSC are welcome to attend the talk, due to start at 3.45pm. And non-members are welcome to join us for the business meeting: there will be an opportunity for non-members to join BHPSC before the start of the business meeting at 1.30pm. Also please note that non-members attending the business meeting will not be able to vote in any elections or motions to the AGM.
